Band Studio
Live Events
Manage your concerts, shows, and performances from Band Studio. Events are shared objects — they appear on every participating band's page and on the venue's profile.
Creating an event
Go to Band Studio → Live Events → New Event. Fill in:
- Event title and date
- Venue (search for a registered venue or enter details manually)
- Description and additional info
- Poster image
Selecting a venue
If the venue has an account on Underground, search for it by name. The event will be linked to their profile and they'll receive a notification. If the venue isn't on the platform, you can enter the name, city, and address manually.
Managing the lineup
Add other bands to the event lineup by inviting them. They'll receive a notification and can accept or decline. Accepted bands see the event in their own Studio and on their public page.
Event poster
Upload a poster image for the event. This appears on the event page and in live event listings.
Publishing, cancelling, and postponing
Publish the event to make it visible in the Live section. If plans change, you can mark it as cancelled or postponed. These status changes are visible to anyone viewing the event.
